Cameras that condemn crimes
Evoluziona cameras installed in vehicles of Autotransportes Desamparados in Costa Rica serve as proof of the criminal acts of a subject who was convicted of murdering a man
The Court of Costa Rica Gustavo Morales Sanchez sentenced to 40 years in prison for the crime of Berny Quirós Enrique Arce.
At the author were attributed to him the crimes of aggravated murder and attempted aggravated robbery.
The incident occurred on 30th of June 2011 at Cucubres
The President of the Court, Luis Alberto Venegas said during the debate, were valued enough evidence to consider Morales responsible for the death of Quirós.
The Chief Justice told that even two videos taken by cameras from two buses of the company contributed.
"The video shows how you board the bus seat and even you changed three times until it feels on par with the victim. When Berny get off, you get off too. In the video of another bus that was parked at another stop, is possible to see when you run and intercept the victim's family and others who even beat you", he added.
According Venegas, the Court had no doubt that Morales was who shot twice in the neck of Quirós.
"Due to the premeditated way they did this crime, as in the video it is clear that were followed. is highly reprehensible and therefore was imposed the maximum penalty", said the judge Venegas.
The victim died on 5th of September 2011 at the Hospital of San Juan De Dios after the attack this man lost all mobility from the neck down.
